How to permanently delete your Minerva account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

    Open the Minerva app Make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.

    Go to your Profile Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

    Scroll to "Danger Zone" At the bottom of your profile settings, find the Danger Zone section.
  4. 4
    Tap "Delete Account" Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears. This action is irreversible.
This action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. You cannot recover your data after deletion.

What gets deleted and what is retained

Data type Status
Personal profile (name, phone number, email, photo) Deleted immediately
All chat history (messages with businesses) Deleted immediately
AI conversation history and memories Deleted immediately
Scheduled tasks and automations Deleted immediately
Businesses you own (including their data and bookings) Deleted immediately
Push notification tokens (FCM) Deleted immediately
Invoices and billing-related records Retained
Retained for up to 8 years to comply with Hungarian accounting law (Act C of 2000).
Anonymised app diagnostic logs (Crashlytics) Retained
Retained for up to 90 days as anonymised crash reports with no personally identifiable information.
